Shamrock Shield Complete - Home and Yard Protection Package

Our Shamrock Shield Complete package is the ultimate solution for maximum, full season enjoyment of your home and yard. This premium option includes:

Exterior pest control:

• Three exterior structural chemical treatments targeting spiders, ants, earwigs, wasps/hornets, cluster flies, box elder bugs, brown marmorated stink bugs and other common structural pests
• These treatments will be completed in May, July, and September
• Each prescheduled visit includes removal of all visible cobwebs plus a thorough chemical application on the main structure and any outbuildings such as sheds or detached garages. Common areas include eaves, soffits, downspouts, around windows and doors, transitions, foundations and any other likely spot to harbor pests on or within 6 feet of the structure

Interior pest control:

• Reactive targeted chemical treatments, if required due to current pest infestation on the inside of the main structure. This treatment will be focused on the current infestation only
• Interior treatment must be scheduled via email. 4-5 hours of dry time is required, during this all pets and people must vacate the home

Mosquito and tick control:

• 7 prescheduled chemical treatments applied to all non-flowering shrubs and vegetation on the property where mosquitoes and ticks actively harbor
• Exemptions include milkweed and all edible or consumable plants
• Treatments are applied once monthly April through October on or around the same date each month, weather permitting
• Eliminates resident mosquito and tick populations

Rodent Control: (Optional)

• 2 rodenticide station refills, applies to existing stations only
• Full rodent control services are available at a discounted rate for Shamrock Shield customers
• These refills occur in the spring and fall

Wasp and Hornet control:

• All Shamrock Shield Complete customers receive free treatment and removal of any active, accessible wasp or hornet nests, anywhere on the property, all year

Shamrock Sheild Home - Full Home Protection Package

Our premium, most popular full-season package includes:

Exterior pest control:

• Three exterior structural chemical treatments targeting spiders, ants, earwigs, wasps/hornets, cluster flies, box elder bugs, brown marmorated stink bugs and other common structural pests
• These treatments will be completed in May, July, and September

• All Shamrock Shield Home customers receive free treatment and removal of any wasp/hornet nests attached to any structure plus $100 off wasp/hornet nest treatment and removal anywhere on the property but not attached to a structure

Shamrock Shield - Yard Protection Package

Yard treatments included:

• 7 chemical treatments applied to all non-flowering shrubs and vegetation on the property where mosquitoes and ticks actively harbor
• Exemptions include milkweed and all edible or consumable plants
• Treatments are applied once monthly April through October on or around the same date each month, weather permitting
• Eliminates resident mosquito and tick populations

Mosquito & Tick yard treatment – Single visit

Includes:

• One chemical treatment targeting mosquitoes and ticks
• Treatment is applied to non-flowering shrubs, trees, and vegetation around the property to eliminate resident populations
• All milkweed and edible or consumable plants will not be treated

Rodent Control services – Residential property

Includes a comprehensive inspection of safely accessible parts of the structure to locate rodent entry points and assess infestation severity.

12 Interior and 3 exterior tamper-resistant bait stations are installed in and around the structure to eliminate activity. Stations are refilled twice annually in April and October at a service fee of $125 per visit unless otherwise indicated on your invoice. These will be scheduled in advance and be confirmed the day before to arrange access.

*Sealing of entry points may incur additional costs, these will be disclosed prior to work being completed.

Wasp or Hornet colony elimination

Includes:

• Elimination of accessible wasp or hornet colony anywhere on the property

Exterior structural treatment - Residential property – Single visit

Includes:

• One exterior chemical treatment targeting spiders, ants, earwigs, wasps/hornets, cluster flies, box elder bugs and brown marmorated stink bugs. Areas treated include eaves, soffits, downspouts, all sides of the house, around windows, doors, foundation, and attached decks, balconies, or railings.
• Visible and accessible spider webs will be removed each visit

Interior treatment - Residential property – Single visit

Includes:

• One-time interior chemical treatment applied to all problem areas throughout the interior of the home
• Targeted pests include spiders, ants, earwigs and centipedes

Commercial property - Monthly pest control services

Monthly pest control services as required. Includes:

• One prescheduled visit per month
• Interior pest monitoring and reporting through supplied tracking forms
• Reactive interior and exterior chemical treatments applied as needed
• Exterior rodenticide station refills
• Priority response time to any identified infestations

Cockroach Treatment - Residential property

2 targeted insecticidal treatments targeting cockroaches. Applied to floors, baseboards, cracks and roach harborages within the structure.

All persons and pets must vacate the structure for at least 5 hours.

Preparation instructions will be sent to client and adhered to.

Follow-up treatment will be scheduled for 21-28 days after initial visit.

Bed Bug Treatment - Residential property

2 Targeted insecticidal and steam treatments targeting bed bugs. Applied to bedframes, baseboards, cracks, and other harbourage points.

Client must vacate home for 5 hours.

Preparation instructions will be sent to client and adhered to.

Follow-up treatment will be scheduled for 21-28 days after initial visit.
